In the room

What actually happens?

No mystery, no theatre. Here is the shape of a session, start to finish.
  1. 1
A quiet consultation setting representing the opening conversation

    We start with a conversation.

You tell me what has brought you in, what is happening now and what you would prefer to experience instead. You do not have to tell me your entire life story before we are allowed to begin.

  2. 2
Gentle hand muscle monitoring during a kinesiology session

    Muscle monitoring guides the direction.

From there, I use muscle monitoring within a structured Specialised Kinesiology process. I do not decide beforehand which protocol the client needs. The muscle-monitoring responses guide us, allowing the client's neurology to indicate the direction, priority and most relevant approach within the kinesiology process.

  3. 3

It is gentle, and you stay comfortable.

You remain fully clothed, muscle monitoring is gentle, and there are no surprise tests for athletic ability.

  4. 4

Anything that emerges is considered with you.

Not announced as an unquestionable message from your body. Muscle monitoring is not a diagnostic test or magical truth detector.

  5. 5
Stacked stones marked awareness, clarity and balance

    We finish by reflecting.

We consider what felt meaningful and how any useful awareness might relate to life beyond the consulting room.
