About Kinesolign

Stacey Destombes - Specialised Kinesiologist

After nearly 10 years working in the corporate world, I can well understand the stresses and pressures of fast turnaround and accountability in a world that never stops. The requirement to manage time, projects and professional development, as well as juggle personal endeavours can be a daunting prospect and mastering the time, passion, energy and balance remains the holy grail of so many execs in the world today. A degree in psychology, coupled with self awareness, some bumpy lessons along the way and a jolly good sense of humour, enable me to provide a space, safe for self discovery and recuperation. A favourite quote of mine is, “build a life you don’t need a holiday from” and it is this that I strive to help my clients achieve in their sessions.

our services

Each Kinesiologist works a little differently according to their training. Modalities I currently work with are

Touch For Health

This kinesiology protocol is the basis for all the other kinesiology work we see today. It explores the link between certain muscles with specific organ systems, particular energy meridians and aims at balancing different aspects of life

Neural Org Technique

In short – the aim is here, is to rewire or reset the nervous system – to enable the “ecosystem”, that is all our parts, to work together as they should.

Emotional kinesiology

This protocol gathers information relative to a stressor or suppression in present time and then backtracks to the age of cause to find out where or what created the suppression in the first place.

Neuro training

Neurotraining is a protocol that identifies defence, distress, patterns or habits that are not working for the client. Once these largely unconscious responses have been identified, the neurology is retrained to respond appropriately.
