This notice explains how Kinesiolign handles personal information submitted through this website. Clinical or session records are handled separately, under professional confidentiality obligations, and are not collected through this site.
What we collect
The website enquiry form collects only:

- A contact method you choose to provide (phone number or email address)
- A brief message describing what you would like to enquire about
Please do not submit medical, psychological, sexual or detailed personal history through this website. The form is for arranging contact only. Anything sensitive is better discussed in person, where it can be handled appropriately.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you wish, to arrange an appointment. Your information is not sold, rented or used for marketing without your consent.
How it is stored and for how long
Enquiry details are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and to maintain an ordinary record of business correspondence, after which they are deleted. Access is limited to Stacey Curry.
WhatsApp and phone contact
If you contact Kinesiolign via WhatsApp or telephone, that conversation is also governed by the terms of the relevant service provider. Please keep sensitive detail brief in those channels.
Your rights
