How this works

My approach is integrative, structured and responsive to the individual.

Kinesiology, counselling and coaching are related elements of the session, but they are not interchangeable.
  1. 01

    Specialised Kinesiology

Uses muscle monitoring within a structured practitioner methodology. The practitioner does not decide beforehand which protocol the client needs. Muscle-monitoring responses guide the process, allowing the client's neurology to indicate the direction, priority and most relevant approach within the kinesiology framework.

  2. 02

    Specialist Wellness Counselling

Provides a professional space for reflection, context and meaning-making through a holistic systems-based approach.

  3. 03

    Life coaching

Directs attention towards agency, values, choices and practical integration.

Together, these perspectives allow us to consider the client's experience within the broader context of body awareness, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, relationships, history, environment and present circumstances.

A framework for enquiry, not a diagnostic map

The present experience

Rather than isolating a single cause, we look at the threads that may be part of the present experience. Some will matter a great deal. Some will not matter at all. The point is not to decide that in advance.

This diagram is a framework for enquiry, not a diagnostic map.

A useful distinction

Muscle monitoring is not a medical or psychological test. It is not used to diagnose a condition, retrieve infallible memories, prove that an interpretation is true or tell a client what their experience means.
